considered a worldy attachment. my parents would much rather that i be a monk, but being a monk is a difficult path so they'd never force me to do it, and they wouldn't force me to get married either. plus since Buddhism doesn't really say anything about marrying non-Buddhists, my parents would really care who i married. the only real thing they do push on me is good grades :)<p>That’s lucky for
